What is airport meet and greet service?

Meet & Greet includes a personal greeter waiting at the arrivals gate with a name sign, assistance with luggage, and escort through airport procedures to your car or departure gate.

How far in advance should I book?

Airport, city-to-city and hourly bookings require at least 4 hours notice, while Meet & Greet must be booked more than 24 hours in advance. For peak times, booking earlier is preferred.

What’s the difference between Airport Transfer and Meet & Greet?

Airport Transfer is a car and driver waiting for you outside arrivals. Meet & Greet is a personal assistant inside the airport who meets you at the gate and escorts you through passports and baggage. You can combine both in one booking.

Is the price per car or per passenger?

The price is for the whole car regardless of passengers within its capacity — choose the vehicle class that fits your group and luggage.
