2. Service Description
Rideway is a premium transportation service platform that provides:
- Airport meet & greet with personal reception
- VIP transfers and luxury vehicles
- Private chauffeur services
- Corporate and business transportation
- Hotel and event transfers
- A booking platform connecting customers with professional drivers
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account information
- Provide a valid phone number for booking communications
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be responsible for all activities and bookings under your account
4. Booking and Cancellation
Booking Process:
- Bookings are confirmed upon successful submission
- You will receive an email confirmation with booking details
- Driver details will be provided before your scheduled trip
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-shows will result in a full charge
- Bookings can be modified subject to availability
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- We accept major electronic payment methods
- Payment is processed in local currency unless otherwise specified
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Additional charges may apply for excessive waiting time or route changes
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information (locations, times, flight details)
- Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
- Not carry illegal or hazardous materials
- Comply with vehicle safety regulations (seatbelts)
- Refrain from smoking or consuming alcohol in vehicles
7. Driver and Service Standards
- All drivers are licensed, insured, and professionally trained
- Vehicles undergo regular maintenance and safety inspections
- Drivers adhere to professional dress standards
- We provide passenger insurance coverage during trips
- We strive to deliver high-quality service at all times
8. Liability and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is". We strive to ensure service availability and punctuality, but we are not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Flight delays or changes
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost personal belongings (though we will make efforts to recover them)
9. Intellectual Property
Rideway services, trademarks, and content remain the property of Rideway. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our services without written permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of any issue with our services:
- Contact customer support first to resolve the issue
- We will review and respond to your complaint within 48 hours
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
